I've never seen them from that angle, but I thought you might be following a theme. Continuing the theme of partners and sidekicks, where is this? NSW.

But of course!

I thought I'd keep with the Squeaky Beach theme tho and simply look at it from afar.

Victoria again. Another body of water, from another peak. What's the name of each?

Distinctive Grampians look and there are not that many lakes in the Grampians.

This cairn is not that far away from Mt Napier. What mountain would it be on top of?

Hmm.

That is Abrupt in the distance....

Maybe it's Marum Marum.... I'm not as up to date on the proper names as I should be.... I struggle to remember names of peaks at the best of times unless they actually attach to a meaning in my mind, like Mt Pointy or Rocky Island....

This is certainly the big pyramid just North of Miranatwa Gap.

Go for it Eggs.

I find the GPT topo maps quite good.
Just north of Mirranatwa Gap is Mt Burchell - which I have raced out onto one time on a quick pit stop.
But Marum Marum (Mt Nelson) is the much bigger one just north of that.
This will be Marum Marum as Burchell has no line of sight to Abrupt.

Staying in Victoria.

Well - not sure what you mean by a section, but it is the Fortress seen from the approach track

By a section, I meant the apex of a large mass of earth, rock, vegetation. Cliffs 100 metres in height propping up the tip of the iceberg. It's a beautifully atmospheric photograph, eggs.

Next is also Victoria, with a return to the previous theme: what are the names of mountain and the body of water in view? No icebergs here, unless one is referring to early morning swimmers.

GBW, that's correct.

I once tried climbing Norgate. I thought it would provide a good view of Mt Oberon. The scrub was horrible and I didn't get to the top.
