Correct eggs, at Waste Point Lookout.
Having driven past it many times I decided to finally stop and have a look early last year.

Is it an unnamed creek that crosses the Heysen Trail between Cape Jervis and Lands End?

This is a well named creek John. In a park of the same name.
The Heysen Trail crosses your reference pretty much on the rocky beach.
Too busy taking snaps of dolphins to even get one of that creek at the time.
This spot has been posted by others before.
And re the Heysen Trail - I was not on it here. At this stage it is further inland.

I eventually found a similar shot you posted about 11 years ago.
I'll go with Deep Creek Cove, Deep Creek Conservation Park.

Not a typical photo from here, but there might be something spiritual about climbing up to this missing realm.

Maybe one of the many "pulpit rocks" in the Blueies, I'm guessing the one above Bushrangers Cave near Mt Victoria

It is the Blueys but a fair bit less altitude than Mt Vic. Not a "pulpit rock" as such, and the spot isn't named for any religious association.
But there is a religious theme found here, albeit a man-made monument (located somewhere behind me to my right from memory).
This spot has featured in the game previously. My earlier cryptic clue almost spells out the location name, if you can decipher it.
A further clue: 25-7-53
