Road around the west of Lake Eucumbene?

Howdy Folks,

Is there a road around the west of Lake E, even if 4WD only?

Keen to do a walk starting on the Nimmo Rd, kidmans ad Mawson’s huts, valentines, Greymare, pretty plain and wheelers, finishing at Tooma Res.

However the car shuffle to leave one car each end is a bit of a killer unless there is a direct route west of Lake E.

Can’t see it on the maps, so I guess I am out of luck, but just checking in case.

Happy Jacks road goes where you want to go. But its a locked road. So the simple answer to your question is - No.
