LWC's "Do You Know Tasmania" Wilderness show in Exeter

Postby tas-man » Sat 24 Jul, 2010 1:05 pm

There will be a one night presentation of the Launceston Walking Club's 2009 (44th) "Do You Know Tasmania" wilderness show at the Exeter Uniting Church, Main Road Exeter on Friday 20th August @ 7:30pm. This will be a fund raising show for the Exeter Church re-roofing fund and is being organised and promoted by the church. Anyone who missed the show in Launceston in May 2009, now has the opportunity to see it and support a local community cause. BWA (as BWT) will be getting a plug as well. Still working on a night in Hobart (Flyfisher ;-) for this current show #44. Our next show #45 is under production for presentation in Launceston in the last week of October this year, and Volumes 3 & 4 of our DVD movie collection will be released then.

Any forum members that get to the show, please come and introduce yourself to me. I'll be at the computer/projector and wearing my Mountain Designs red windstopper jacket as per my avatar.

See you there 8)

I'm thinking I might bail due to the weather and a cold, sorry tas-man. I'll try to get to the next one.

Apart from the hall being freezing it's been great - so far.

Wish I could have made it tonight. Had to stay home and look after the kids instead. But I've seen it before, and it is a great show.
