sleep?... sleep? - yes i vagely remember sleep :wink:

sleep is for children and pensioners! (this is coming from someone who was pushed out of bed at 3.30am by an 18 month old). :( :) :lol:

Not that I can talk, our 5 and a half year old climbs into our bed most nights, I get kicked in the back and kidneys all night long... :cry:

This is known as "water intoxication" and unfortunatly is more common than you hear in the media.
Basically too much water causes a decrease in the body's electrolytes concentration.
It has also been identified as an issue with inexperienced walkers on the Kokoda trail.
There are individual sachets available that are great for taking with you as a suppliment to replace lost electrolytes.

How much water is regarded as too much? I guess there must be some kind of formula based on body weight for safe levels of consumption.
