Warringa Pool from Springbrook Water Tank Art

Starting from the dirt road off Springbrook Road, Springbrook, this return walk takes you to the Warringa Pool and waterfall via the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk Track. Enjoy the cool waters of Little Nerang Creek as you take in the scenery around you. The lush rainforest setting can make for great photos combined with the waterfall. You’ll pass by multiple swimming holes before you make it to the big ol’ Warringa Pool. Keep an eye out for interesting fungi and little cairns here and there as you make your way through the lively woodland. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

Getting started
From Springbrook Road(265 metres southeast of Springbrook Mountain Chalets), head towards the metal gate marked with a green “Conservation Area” sign, with a painted water tank next to it. Head around/over the gate and follow the track to the intersection metres away. Turn/veer right and join the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk to continue along Warringa Pool from Springbrook Water Tank Art Track.....

	From the Springbrook Road Start (a walking track). After 40 m head through/around the gate.
	Turn left. Then find the "Springbrook Water Tank Art - Site 1" (6 m on your right). Springbrook Water Tank Art - Site 1 Artist unknown.
	After another 45 m (from the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) turn right, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk (a vehicle track).
	After another 195 m (from the Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk) continue straight, to head along Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walk. Keep left. After another 2 km find the "Warringa Pool" (10 m on your right). Warringa Pool A swimming hole along Little Nerang Creek(West Branch). Then cross the ford. After another 6 m come to a waterfall.
	Turn around here and retrace the main route for 2.3 km to get back to the start.
