Safety alerts: Storm Damage Warning on Walking TracksDue to a severe storm that occurred on Thursday 23 January, visitors are advised to exercise caution when accessing walking tracks in Nightcap National Park, Whian Whian SCA and Border Ranges National Park. While some tracks have been closed for safety, others remain unassessed and may have damage or hazards we are not yet aware of.
Please take extra care when visiting and follow all signage and closures.

Other planned events: No vehicle access to Rummery ParkNo vehicle access is permitted to Rummery Park from the 3rd of February until the 14th February due to construction of the Widjabul Wia-bal campground in the Rummery precinct.
Pedestrian access is possible but delays may be experienced. Please take note of directional signage and contractor directions.
Increased noise levels will be experienced during this period due to heavy machinery operations.

During this time, the road will be closed in both directions between Rummery Road and Nightcap Ridge. Please be advised this closure may be extended.
Access to Rummery Park Campground and Minyon Falls will be via Minyon Falls Road only.

Safety alerts: North Rocks Road closedNorth Rocks Road is closed until Monday 30 June 2025. The road is currently unsafe to traffic. This closure maybe extended, and any extension will be posted as soon as possible.
