Starting from Tia Falls parking and picnic area this return walk takes you to lookouts with stunning views over the falls and Tia River gorge. Soak in the views before heading back for a picnic. A wonderful walk for families. Let us begin by acknowledging the Anaiwan & Dunghutti people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

Getting started
From the car park off Tia Falls Road (85 metres east of Tia Falls campground), head towards the slanted white signpost along the gravel/paved path. Keep right at the fork following the signage for “Tia Falls Lookout” to continue along Tia Falls Walk.....

At the intersection of Tia Falls Road & Falls Walk Start heading along Falls Walk (a walking track).
There is a toilet (about 25 m back from the start).
There is a sign.
After another 15 m (at the intersection of Falls Walk & Tiara Walk) continue straight, to head along Falls Walk.
Keep right.
After another 195 m continue straight, to head along Falls Walk.
Then cross the bridge (about 5 m long)
After another 85 m cross the bridge (about 10 m long)
After another 105 m cross the bridge (about 6 m long)
After another 75 m cross the bridge (about 9 m long)
The starting point of an optional sidetrip. Side trip to Tia Falls Lookout with views over the falls. To start this optional side trip turn left here. On returning from this side trip turn right when you get back to this intersection. Details below.
After another 145 m continue straight, to head along Falls Walk.
After another 130 m come to "Tia Gorge View".
Turn around here and retrace the main route for 780 m to get back to the start.

Side trip to Tia Falls Lookout with views over the falls.
