Closed parks: National Parks closed due to ex-tropical cyclone AlfredFor safety, many national parks on the far North Coast are closed until Monday 24 March due to damage caused by ex-tropical cyclone Alfred. Areas will be opened once inspections, and any necessary works, are completed. Public access roads through parks will not be affected by park closures.

- Iron Pot Creek campground, Toonumbar National Park
- Peacock Creek campground, Richmond Range National Park
- Rummery Park campground, Whian Whian State Conservation Area
- Sheepstation Creek campground, Border Ranges National Park
- Weeun Weeun campground, Nightcap NP
- Yelgun Kyoomgun, Nightcap NP
