Postby tassie photographer » Mon 26 May, 2014 8:39 pm

Has anyone heard of or been to Ringarooma falls in North east Tasmania. Apparently they are just outside Ringarooma on Dead Horse Hill Road, I have rough directions but have not been able to located them. I've seen a photo of the falls from the early 1900's

Welcome to the forum tassie photographer. I have never heard of these falls and couldn't find any info when I tried to Google them (I'm sure you already know that). Is it possible that the name has changed? Or maybe they no longer exist due to a dam for example.

Don't know whether it is them or not but there are supposed to be some falls just close to town on Mineral Banks Creek.
About 300mts on the northern side of the road that heads out to Ralphs Falls.

Hi guys... I haven't seen these particular falls listed in the waterfall list in this forum, but I've had a few people tell me that they do exist but possibly on private land from what I've seem when looking for them and the rough directions that I have.

There is a waterfall listed out toward Ralph's falls somewhere, I think they may be known as cashs falls? I've never been successful in finding them either.
