Re: GAME: Where Am I? (Continued)

Didn't think this picture would last this long.

So time for some clues,
1) It's south of Mt Kate
2)I'm on a very frequently used track
3)I'm not on a summit
It is easier to go down a hill than up, but the view is much better at the top.

Doesn't help that the 2 people guessing have not walked in this area. Looking east from the Ossa track?

Are you on the OT at the western end of Pelion Plains looking over the Forth Valley toward Pine Forest Moor?

...and that second photo could be looking north to Mt Oakleigh from slightly further down the track at the start of the descent toward Frog Flats.

It's hard to imagine this is so hard, so heres another clue.

On a wintery September morning I took a boat ride and walked for about 35 minutes along a track which some refer to as a highway. I took a left hand turn and walked for about 2 hours till I reached a beautiful rainforest and stayed in a hut. I then walked along a creek passed a waterfall then started a steep climb through rainforest to where I took these photos.

Hope this helps.

I'm actually on the plateau before you reach the summit of the Acropolis, looking across towards the Labyrinth. You can go Pazzer
