Allenby Falls

Allenby Falls circuit walk starts from Clearview Place, Brookvale and takes you through Allenby Falls Park, crossing Brookvale Creek multiple times along the way. Firstly, the transition from an industrial environment to a serene natural environment is remarkable at Allenby Park. And the creek water is relatively clear, despite the urban surroundings. The falls are best viewed after heavy rainfall, and there are smaller cascades along the stream as well. You'll have a chance to see eastern water dragons and even a powerful owl if you get lucky. This walk is pet friendly (on lead) and involves stairs. Be aware when crossing the unbridged waterways and consider the risk of flooding. The rock surfaces near water can be quite slippery, take care. Keep an eye out for leeches. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

Getting started
From the end of Clearview Place, head towards the narrow paved path next to the "Whitworths Marine & Leisure" sign. Follow the said path as you skirt a fenceline to your right. As the fenceline finishes, head down the concrete steps. Turn right at this 3-way intersection to continue along Allenby Falls Circuit (counterclockwise).....

	After another 30 m (from the Allenby track) continue straight, to head along Allenby track. After another 7 m cross the bridge (about 6 m long) After another 270 m pass the waterfall (9 m on your left).
	After another 10 m (from the Allenby track) continue straight (a walking track).
	After another 35 m cross the ford. Continue straight.
	After another 25 m veer left. After another 105 m continue straight.
	After another 170 m turn left.
	After another 60 m veer right. After another 35 m continue straight.
	After another 40 m veer right. Then head up the steps (about 3 m long)
	Continue another 85 m to find from the Clearview Place at the end.
