I've been to Belmore Falls/Hindmarsh lookout. From memory the falls normally flow year round and we've had reasonable rain recently. I'm guessing that Ian chose to focus on the red rock rather than the falls due to the intense colour/contrast with foliage. Edit: Thinking that through further I don't recall whether you can actually see the falls from Hindmarsh Lookout, as it's someway distant from them and overlooks the parts of Kangaroo Valley region.eggs wrote:Curiously, the red rock was also at a waterfall site - must be winter.
